CatQuarters.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may return any of our products that have been unused and in new condition within 14 days of purchase date for a refund (excluding shipping and handling fees). No refunds will be given after 14 days.

Some important information to know regarding returns and ordering:

1. Returned product must be unused and in its original condition.

2. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

3. Defective or damaged merchandise will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. If any damage occurs during shipment a claim may be required through the shipping carrier. You must contact us by email within 3 days upon receipt of merchandise to report any damage claims.

4. Customers must obtain advance authorization from a Customer Care representative in order to return merchandise. Please contact us by email within the 14 day return period to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).

5. Customers are responsible for packaging and shipping returned products in the original packaging. We recommend you insure your package with a reputable carrier in the event of loss or damage. Any damage caused during return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

6. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, we will refund your purchase price within 10 business days.

7. We cannot cancel orders already processed since all products are manufactured and fulfilled at the time of your order online.

8. Customer refusal of any shipment is billable to the customer for both the return and original shipping costs as well as a 15% restocking fee.
