CatQuarters.com normally ships your order within 1-3 days. All cat furniture products are manufactured at the time of order and we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery. However, if we are unable to ship your order within our normal schedule, you will be notified with a request to allow your order to proceed and wait for shipping or be given the option to cancel your order. All products are shipped in the order received.
We ship all products through FedEx Home and Ground Delivery. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email which will provide your tracking number and scheduled delivery date. You can view your order status and track your package on our site by logging into your account.
All shipping rates are fixed and based on merchandise weight and handling charges. Shipping rates can be calculated on each item by adding it to your cart and proceeding to checkout. We ship within the Continental US and do not accept international orders.
It is very important that we receive a complete and accurate address for shipping. We stress the importance of a complete address including your street address, (with any apartment or suite number) city, and zip code. Customer refusal of any shipment or any package returned due to an incorrect address is billable to the customer for both the return and original shipping costs as well as a 15% restocking fee.
