Prices, descriptions, pictures and content are subject to change at any time and without notice. Cat Quarters, Inc. reserves the right to limit and or refuse sales at its own discretion.

Returns Policy

Return Authorization must be obtained prior to returning any product - see below. Unauthorized returns will be refused. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the product(s) to us prepaid & insured within fourteen days of receipt for refund or exchange less the actual outbound shipping and handling charges. Please contact us by email within the 14 day return period to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).

Refunds

We will issue a refund to your credit card after customer service processes your return (received, inspected, and in unused condition and complete in contents). While we aim to expedite this process as much as possible, please allow up to 10 days to complete.  Additional time may be experienced for your credit card issuer to apply a credit to your card account.  Once processed, an itemized e-mail confirmation of the refund will be sent to the customer. Please also note that your refund will be deducted shipping and handling fees.

Defective Items

Defective or damaged merchandise will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. If any damage occurs during shipment a claim may be required through the shipping carrier. You must contact us by email within 3 days upon receipt of merchandise to report any damage claims.

Shipping

We normally ship your order within 1-3 days. All cat furniture products are manufactured at the time of order and we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery. However, if we are unable to ship your order within our normal schedule, you will be notified with a request to allow your order to proceed and wait for shipping or be given the option to cancel your order. All products are shipped in the order received. It is very important that we receive a complete and accurate address for shipping. We stress the importance of a complete address including your street address, (with any apartment or suite number) city, and zip code. Customer refusal of any shipment or any package returned due to an incorrect address is billable to the customer for both the return and original shipping costs as well as a 15% restocking fee.

Payment

In return for use of our services or the purchase of products from CatQuarters.com, you agree to pay all fees and charges as posted on the CatQuarters.com web site. Cat Quarters, Inc. will bill your credit card, and that credit card number, which you provide for payment. If Cat Quarters, Inc. does not receive payment from the card issuer, you agree to pay Cat Quarters, Inc. all amounts due upon demand of Cat Quarters, Inc. or its appointed agents. You agree and allow Cat Quarters, Inc. to take any commercially available actions to validate your credit card. You understand and agree that, if timely payment of all amounts due for any services which you have agreed to purchase is not received, Cat Quarters, Inc. may, in its sole discretion, restrict or terminate your use of the Cat Quarters, Inc. service. If you dispute a credit card purchase or if your payment of any kind is returned to Cat Quarters, Inc. by the issuing bank for any reason, after receipt of products or services provided by Cat Quarters, Inc., you agree to pay Cat Quarters, Inc. for such products and or services plus an additional processing fee of fifty dollars. Outstanding balances will incur interest at the rate of two percent per month until paid in full and any future use or attempted use of any of our services will be terminated.
