I wanted to leave feedback and let you know my two cats absolutely love the cat tree and it is so well built. I literally couldn't get them to stop playing all over it while I was trying to put it together. I'm anticipating many years of entertainment watching them play together on it.

The size of your Summit cat tree is unbelievable. I couldn't believe when I opened the box how big the scratching posts were compared to the ones I looked at in pet stores. The pictures of it's size doesn't do it justice. No doubt the biggest cat tree on the market but takes up so little space!

One of my cats ignored the other cat condo I bought from the pet store even though it was made from solid wood. The scratching posts were made of 2x4 and it probably wasn't very comfortable to climb at his age just like I read on your site. I've learned the hard way just because a cat condo is made from wood doesn't mean it's the best choice, it's useless if my cat won't choose to use it. Buying just one of your cat condos saved me thousands in the long run because now my cats do not scratch our furniture. THANK YOU!

Very fine craftsmanship I must say. The materials and hardware you use is indeed high quality. I do light carpentry work and thought about building my own cat tower but after pricing the materials, it didn't make much sense. All the rope at the hardware store does smell like turpentine and that can't be good for cats. My cats and I do appreciate how your cat towers use the untreated or unoiled type sisal rope.

We received our cat gym and it was easy to assemble thanks to the instructions with pictures. I had it assembled in no time without the help of my husband! The box was very heavy so I had a little trouble lugging it inside. All 4 of our cats love this thing and ignore our furniture now. They nap and play on it constantly and looks terrific right in the living room. I was almost persuaded to declaw by my vet after my couch was destroyed but read more about declawing and know now that is not an option. I found another bonus for using the gym and place our cats food dishes on top of it so our dog doesn't eat their food at feeding time.

Thank you so much. My order arrived in 3 days and we had it assembled in no time. The carpet color is a nice neutral color tone and will hide cat hair better than the light beige cat condos I looked at. I wanted to buy a kitty condo for our cats for a long time now (they have been using a scratching post) but these are $400 in pet stores and none of them I looked at are this big. The shipping charges are almost offset by not having to pay any sales tax.
